Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator / Scheduler
Summary
I have always felt that a recruiter is someone who fills one position based on the immediate needs of the hiring manager while a talent acquisition specialist looks at the bigger picture and works to keep recruitment and staffing a fluid, ever-ready resource for the company's needs. My goal is to always maintain the mindset of a talent acquisition specialist with the skills and speed of a recruiter.
My skills and experience include all aspects of recruiting and recruiting coordination: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing / screening, maintaining the ATS with candidate & requisition information, high volume and full cycle in a fast paced environment, and process improvement. I also offer top notch communication skills, team building & leadership skills, and the ability to manage more than one project at a time. Additionally, I bring strong recruiting and administrative skills working in many different environments, wearing many different hats. This has enabled me to have a fearless attitude when it comes to my work ethic and talent acquisition, scheduling & administrative skills.
I come to you with a positive, outgoing spirit that enables me to offer a fantastic experience for both candidates, hiring managers and teammates as well as a team-oriented mentality that allows me to work with many different personalities. My immediate goals are to establish myself as a reliable, intelligent talent acquisition resource for the company and then transition that into helping the company exceed their long term staffing goals using my skills for process improvement.
I am currently enrolled to earn my BA in Organizational Management, with an estimated graduation date of 03/2024.

I would also like to work for a company that is open to new ideas or processes and understands that sometimes talent acquisition staff have to work evenings or weekends to accommodate candidate needs.
