Summary
Currently recruiting for a SaaS start-up, I oversee every detail of the recruitment process from account managing and relationship building to market analysis of salaries to sourcing and offer negotiations. Within 5 months of hire, I successfully recruited a Chief of Staff for a thriving start-up, an Account Manager, a few Account Executives, and most recently closed a Sales Manager position.
I have a long background in educational non-profit as a facilitator and change agent which lends itself to providing an exemplary candidate experience.

I'm looking for a place that allows for growth potential, someplace I can really put down professional roots. I thrive in environments that provide feedback and are team orientated - I'm a big believer in working with people and being able to cross-collaborate across disciplines is always exciting (but not a deal breaker if the work is more siloed).
