I have worked at the intersection of DEI and staffing for the past five years, and I worked as the sole recruiter at a tech startup for the past 2 years. I built out our recruiting and interview process from the ground up and oversaw hiring for all of our roles. I have recruited for all types of teams, including engineer, product, design, sales, customer success, operations, and leadership. I do this all with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and I was able to grow a very diverse team in my most recent role.
I also worked on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. I launched our company's first ever Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and built out our ERG toolkit. I worked on event planning and planned the programming for our company's cultural heritage months.


I am looking for a role where I would be able to own my entire recruiting process and work closely with hiring managers to help them manage a dynamic interview process. I also want to work for a company that has diversity and inclusion as a core value and allows me to focus on that in my work.
