I am an MBA degree holder in Finance (Distinction), and a Bsc degree holder in Economics ( second class upper). During my MBA I bagged portfolio in Critical thinking, global business corporator, and innovator .
I am currently working as Reconciliation Officer where I uses historical and real data to audit indemnity offered to Customers, escalate emails in unsettled disputes and sent daily reports to the unit head.
Because of my intuition, I have successfully safeguarded in customers account when a non customer wanted to access and reset a customer's account. Because of my professional experience, I have bagged best consultant of the months and years when I was working as a customer experienced management personnel. It has been a joyful in resolving customer's complaints, and providing feedback upon resolution
