React FrontEnd Developer

Summary

As a dedicated and passionate frontend web developer, I have cultivated my skills and expertise through a
journey that began in 2017. My fascination with crafting user-friendly and visually appealing web
experiences using HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript led me to embark on this rewarding path.
My coding journey began when I delved into the world of HTML 5 and CSS through self-learning
resources like FreeCodeCamp.com in 2017. This initial exposure ignited my enthusiasm for web
development. However, it was in high school that I truly committed myself to teaching myself HTML 5
and CSS between 2018 and 2019.
Late in 2022, I decided to take my skills to the next level by enrolling in the Fullstack Web Development
Bootcamp at UNC Charlotte on April 10, 2023, which I had been hearing about since December 2022.
This decision marked a significant turning point in my career, as it allowed me to explore a multitude of
frontend and backend technologies.
During my boot camp journey, I had the opportunity to work on diverse front-end projects, each with its
own unique challenges and learning experiences. Among these, I developed a weather application that
leveraged APIs to provide real-time weather data to users, showcasing my proficiency in integrating
external data sources into web applications. Additionally, I created a dynamic front-end portfolio app
using React, showcasing my mastery of this popular JavaScript library for building interactive and
responsive user interfaces. Having taken this bootcamp, I have learned, Javascript, React, NPM,
Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, Express.js, SQL, Node.js and many more.
My journey also extended to the backend, where I demonstrated my versatility as a developer. I
successfully designed and implemented a SQL employee database, optimized for efficient data
management. I delved into Progressive Web App (PWA) development, creating seamless offline
experiences for users. Furthermore, I tackled the complexities of e-commerce by ensuring the smooth
functionality of the backend, contributing to a comprehensive and robust online shopping experience.
My ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner has facilitated
effective collaboration and streamlined communication between technical and non-technical team
members. Furthermore, I have excelled in listening and empathy, valuing diverse perspectives to foster an
inclusive and productive work environment. These interpersonal skills have not only enhanced my ability
to work seamlessly within a team but have also enabled me to effectively communicate the value and
impact of my technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences by using the practices of
HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, and React.
In conclusion, as much as I have worked on the back end, I much prefer the front end. However, if there is
a need for me to work on the backend as well as the front, I am willing to do so! I love how beautiful and
simple websites can be. I love the little attributes, whether it be simple button animations, complex
re-iterations of the home screen showcasing different animations, or swapping to different pictures, that
probably use packages, Blender usage, or even help from backend usage
