Pill Verification Vision System (.NET framework, WPF, Cognex, OpenCV, PLC):
-Led a green-field project integrating a three-tier vision system into automated pill dispenser
firmware. (C#, NET, WPF)
Integrated Cognex vision and OpenCV for calibration, pill count, color, and placement checks.
-Mentored team of students on a capstone project, focusing on retrieving positioning data for the
pick-and-place machine from a camera to auto-package blister packs.
-Ensured the vision engine validated images and the pick and place accurately dispensed pills into
blister packaging.
-Created a calibration routine process incorporating PLC's and anexternal machine learning library
-Built a web interface for image validation and batch processing. (Blazor, C#, ASP.NET)
