Summary

My primary responsibility involves proactively identifying quality issues in our process. I employ a variety of quality control measures, such as conducting quality inspections, to spot defects and deviations from established standards.
I am responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans for our products. This includes defining test criteria, developing testing methodologies, and overseeing the actual testing process to ensure the accurate evaluation of product quality.
Recognising the importance of a well-informed and skilled team, I have taken a lead role in training team members on quality assurance practices. This includes one-on-one training sessions to enhance their understanding of our quality standards and processes.
In response to identified quality issues, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions. These actions are essential for improving our quality assurance practices and preventing future occurrence of similar issues.
I actively participate in cross-functional teams dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives. By analysing data and feedback from quality inspections, I help drive the implementation of process enhancements that lead to improved product quality.
Accurate and timely reporting is vital in our quality assurance efforts. I consistently generate detailed reports that highlight the outcomes of quality inspections, including any deviations from standards and the corrective actions taken.
