Quality Control Specialist Reviewer
Summary
I have been doing inspections for over 10 years in a variety of formats, both residential and commercial. As far as I know, I am one of the few QA specialist/Reviewer that actually worked in the field as an inspector. It is my belief that this experience adds a level of understanding that only can come from being an inspector. Additionally, I have worked on Allstate Inspections through 3 Provider contracts. Also have worked State Farm and a variety of other insurance company inspections.
Currently I am a full-time QA Specialist, my previous experience in conjunction with my Brokers license and continued vendor inspection work allows me the ability to talk the talk, when necessary. This may prove helpful in smoothing difficult situations with
customers. Currently, I work 3d shift for the QA department, so I can be flexible on hours or dealing with matters in different time zones.
As an Independent Contractor I continue to do some inspections, predominantly "draw" new construction. However, I have a strong commercial inspection background and have worked for several inspection companies around the country. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to do many of these lately.
As mentioned above, I have a Real Estate Brokers' license. My computer equipment and skills are current and varied. In addition, I have sketching experience as well.
