I was most recently a Software Quality Analyst II where I served as lead tester on my team for new developments and software bugs. Before that, I worked in the insurance field as both a claims adjuster and producer. While insurance was not the right fit for me, it gave me a great passion for customer service. I am a naturally curious person who loves asking questions, solving problems, and understanding how processes work.
