QA Testing officer, Frontend developer, Database Associate

Summary

My last work was in the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) as a Database Associate under the Supporting Access to Justice in Afghanistan (SAJA) program where my main responsibilities were to Support the reporting and analysis of data, visit field offices to provide technical support to the staff, conducting database training for the relevant staff, Maintenance, installation and configuration of Afghanistan Legal Aid and Advocates (ALAAN).

I have also worked as IT trainer and team leader with UNDP Projects and USAID projects which paved the way for me to improve my knowledge in conducting capacity-building programs, especially with government intuitions like the ministry of higher education, ministry of Justice, and troubleshooting the clients computer and LAN system and Configuration of wireless access point & router.
Moreover, I have worked as an office manager and HR and Finance Assistant with GIZ, World bank, and Bahar-e-Kabul Construction Company. Having this work experience improved my knowledge in the field of management, administration, and financial activities.

I confidently work alone and in teams with diverse stakeholders. My experience of working with various national and international organizations has enabled me to view the complex issues of social development from a variety of perspectives.
