Summary

I am a QA Manager with over 12 years of experience in the gaming industry. My mission was to ensure the quality (most non-functional) of our products, as well as the satisfaction and growth of our QA team.

As a QA Manager, I oversaw the daily tasks, projects, and resource allocations of QA engineers, and leads. I also mentored them in areas of personnel oversight, evaluation, and performance management. I designed and implemented strategies for non-functional testing, such as performance, stability, and compatibility. I work closely with the QA Tech roadmap, acting as the owner of it. Additionally, I have skills in conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and problem-solving techniques.
