Summary

Directing a multifaceted team of over 20 QA engineers and managers, ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional software products while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Performing routine audits and evaluations of quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Establishing, implementing, and improving QA infrastructure, test procedures, process, and quality standards in accordance with overall development and product releases.
Analyzing training needs of the team members and delivering the required trainings within the team on different business functions and technologies, thereby enhancing the productivity
Leading the QA team, reviewing the SOW, preparing the project plan, test strategy, test plan and all other project documentation.
Monitoring QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensuring timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle.
