QA Lead or Scrum Master


Manage and coordinate the testing phase for several project with Banks in Latin American countries
Managed and negotiate time estimation with internal IT teams and vendors.
Responsible for management of the QA lifecycle from project scope through implementation.
Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business.
Provide clients with quality products that meet business & system requirements.
Effectively interact with stakeholders, end users, business/test analysts, and technical resources to gather requirements and prepare test specifications as instructed by senior team members.
Offer guidance and support. Provide tactical, informed recommendations to senior management, and keep up to date on current technology trends.
Process Improvement - Support the teams with QA best practices working with Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM) and process improvement initiatives being adopted within CIBC and Retail.
Troubleshooting blocking the testing cycle.
