Summary

To Whom It May Concern:

I am currently looking to gain full-time employment within your establishment. As a highly experienced QA tester with 18 years behind me and many of those years as a Lead and QA manager. Part of my journey has included mentoring junior Scrum masters and junior to mid-level QA testers as well as working closely with teams to develop release and QA processes.
Having worked across many different sectors, I have gained experience with web and mobile application testing. I have experience dealing with testing functionality developed, creating test scripts, error logging, team management, risk assessments, release management, and much more. My core skills are that I am patient, exceptionally observant - paying attention to detail which I believe is key to doing my job efficiently and effectively, and confident in communicating with internal and external colleagues explaining the details of bugs or inconsistencies found within a product, I am also comfortable sharing my personal opinions on how I feel we could improve the working environment but also comfortable take on board the feedback I receive from my colleagues regardless of hierarchy.
I am a hardworking, motivated individual with a genuine passion for software and new applications, and I believe that all new functionality should be developed and tested with the customer (end-user) in mind. I have completed a certificate in Information Technology and gained an ISEB foundation certificate and qualified scrum master.
