I am a passionate and proficient QA leader in developing and executing test strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of software products. I have a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential and a strong knowledge of agile methodologies, enabling me to facilitate effective collaboration and communication between client service and development teams.
Currently, I am leading the test automation team and responsible for spearheading the adoption of test automation, designing and implementing comprehensive test plans, cases, scripts, and dashboards, and providing proactive mentorship to team members. I also have an ITIL Foundation certification and have worked on various aspects of IT service management, such as incident, change, problem, and release management. I am driven by the mission of delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients.
