Summary

With over seven years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles, I have developed a strong skill set and a proven track record in ensuring software and product quality. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver results that align with business objectives.

As a Co-founder and QA Lead at A&E Transport, I took charge of gathering customer feedback, conducting presentations, and facilitating discussions with the offshore team to ensure the website's design and functionality met user expectations. I played a pivotal role in aligning business and technology goals, proposing solutions, and managing team productivity through daily stand-ups. Additionally, I designed the company's logo, managed marketing strategies, and implemented defect management processes.

During my tenure as a UAT Specialist at Apple, I excelled in creating comprehensive test strategies, identifying defects, and coordinating end-to-end, UAT, and regression testing for multiple Apple services. I also contributed to documentation and training for team members, ensuring smooth testing procedures and maintaining high-quality standards.

At AT&T, I demonstrated my adaptability by successfully testing applications across various platforms and devices, collaborating closely with developers, and utilizing tools like Charles proxy and monitoring systems to validate performance and diagnose streaming issues. I was responsible for organizing test cases, running stand-ups, and conducting thorough regression, smoke, and sanity testing sessions.

As an SQA Engineer at Boingo Wireless, I created test plans and executed test cases for web applications, performed SQL statements, and actively participated in QA process improvement initiatives. In my role as a Network QA Engineer at Xfinity Inc., I planned and tested Xfinity products and services, performed real-world performance testing, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality network connectivity.

I hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). My educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering Technology from California State University Long Beach.
