Summary
Working as a QA Analyst, I have gained experience in working in an agile process with client requirements, creating and testing use cases, as well as testing UI. I have also worked with development teams to monitor SDLC metrics using load tests. In addition, I have worked with Project Managers in prioritizing tickets in Azure DevOps to ensure successful releases. From learning the processes of the Kim software, I have also created and managed SDLC process documentation and end-user training for current and incoming employees.
I believe the knowledge and experience I have gained will allow me to transition smoothly to future roles as a QA Analyst.
