QA Analyst

Summary

In my most recent experience, I performed functional testing of clients' websites across multiple browsers on Windows and macOS. I also tested websites on mobile on both Android and iOS. I also tested emails on several platforms, as well as banner ads. My role involved the gathering of business requirements and formulating test plans based on those requirements. I am well-versed in the use of defect tracking tools, including JIRA and Rally. I most recently began using AI to create test cases with the LambdaTest platform.

Expectations

I am looking to continue my career in manual QA, specifically regarding software QA. Communication with other departments is something I would like to continue as this would be of importance regarding the ownership of a project for QA. I also intend to learn what may be needed in my next role such as AI and possibly automated testing.
