I am a strategically minded professional who has over 17 years of experience in the project management space under different capacities. Having assisted billion/ million dollar mergers/ acquisitions and established PMOs in their infancy and under distress, I am a strong problem solver and communicator. Having led large transformation programs I understand the importance of aligning Stratocaster imperatives with portfolio initiatives. I have trained global teams on risks, issues and change management. I have worked in different industries including FMCG (including international trade), Retail, Pharma, Telco, Council, Mining, Education, NFP however my skills are transferable across different industries.
