I am a manager with 10 years experience of building departments from scratch, managing mid-sized international teams and running end-to-end projects in a rapidly changing environment. Taking fast, key decisions is my day to day business and that includes complete restructuring departments and processes. I am a certificated Agile and Prince2 manager. I was so far successfully mixing managing styles depending on needs.
Last years of work in a start-up gave me the priceless opportunity of building a department from scratch, creating processes for the whole company, hiring incredible talents, running operations, developing internal administration tools and on top of that reaching a customer satisfaction score of 82%.
