I am a strategic, driven, and focused professional with a seasoned program management background, a history of efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects, and a talent for aligning teams around common goals. I combine over nine years experience providing program leadership, vision, and project oversight for multiple high-profile organizations; spearheading a suite of initiatives to enhance organizational agility and performance; routinely identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to optimize program/project procedures; and carefully shaping the processes and policies that sustain an efficient, productive, and highly competitive organization.

Whether Im sending out emails, communicating with a customer, presenting to a crowd, or anything in between; I communicate quickly, accurately, and effectively.

Expectations

I am looking for a stable position, where I can grow. Growth in a position is not necessarily upward movement, it about learning something new and applying the skills I have. I enjoy working as a PM and process improvement and development. I find I excel at both because of my background including my BA in communication studies.
