Project Portfolio Manager

Summary

I am a Computer Science graduate with experience in Programming that evolved into Consulting. After working as a Technical and Financial Consultant, I moved into Project Management. My time as a Project Manager led to me moving into a Project Portfolio Manager role where I managed the team of Project Managers and ultimately accountable for the delivery of all projects.

To continue to apply my technical and delivery experience to lead projects and lead project teams to successful delivery. I bring my adaptability and strength to deal with evolving situations and determine the most efficient & succesful path forward. I also excel at contract management and project governance to ensure intake and delivery are aligned.
