Summary
I've had the opportunity to oversee many different teams with a variety of
roles and titles. However, these are some of the core responsibilities that have
been universal to my role's
1) Analyzed resources and feasibility for upcoming projects
2) Responsible for Jira backlogs including but not limited to such things as:
a) Ticket, epic, and sprint creation/maintenance
b) Facilitated developer workflow assignments
c) Outlined team and project capacities by utilizing story points
3) Hosted regular scrum ceremonies such as:
a) Sprint planning meetings
b) Daily standups
c) Sprint retrospectives
d) One on ones
4) Responsible for documentation including but not limited to such things as:
a) Project requirements
b) Project one-page documents
c) Service designs
5) Defining roadmaps to outline various projects and the expected completion dates (Both long and short-term)
6) Created and executed on team objectives and key results
