I an really excited to join your company for project Manager position. As a manager I have executed multiple project at same time from kick off to Project Closure. I am really excited to use my expertise in your company.
During eTouch-Virtusa, I handled project fromWater fall to Agile Methodology. I am well efficient to handle multiple project running at geographical disparate location. During my tenure as a Project manager, I have been involved in executing technical projects that span over state-of-art technology including but not limited to Qlickview, Sharepoint, IDAM, Biztalk over hybrid landscape(on-prem).I have always managed to keep my stakeholders (Internal as well external) happy and trusted with delivery of my project artifacts on schedule and priceadhering to PMP PMI guidelines. The last project I took up was Conns Analytics, where number of escalation every day was 10-20 from client to company. I managed to reduced this to less than 1 every month and made my team to follow best practices.This also involved in-depth data study and orchestrating data from raw to curated and finally publish in the dashboard for improved decision-making.
Before that I was working in Datamatics global services, where I started as developer managed to reach Project manager in 7 yrs. I took up CMMI, PMP, Six Sigma apart from Software Development in my projects.
I have travelled onsite on varioud occasions for getting projects closure irrespective whether I handled that project or not.
I was also sent to client side (Intuit) to create new account offshore, by interviewing them what they lack and what we can provide best solution. I manged 45 offshore team for many years for this project. This made etouch to grow from 13 IT proffesional to 72. I have lead 45 team members twice in my previous years.
