Summary

I have 10 years of experience in various industries and positions within the IT sector. I started with 1st level hardware and software support in a public administration organisation, where I also completed my IT apprenticeship. After that, I went to a bank where, in addition to hardware and software support, I was also more involved in projects and responsible for certain applications as well. And my last job I was as a Consultant for a software company where I have worked for 6 1/2 years in total. The first half I was in the Support team with smaller Cloud projects and the second half I got promoted to the Project team. There I was responsible for several customers and I managed and executed software implementation projects.

Expectations

In the last few years, I have realised that I really enjoy working on projects, especially because I like to build something and be part of the whole process from the requirements gathering to conception over realisation and finally to going live. So, I am looking for an IT position where I can be part of interesting projects. I can take over parts of the projects at the beginning and after adequate knowledge has been built up, also the entire project. Agile projects are of particular interest to me, but I am open to all kind of projects.
However, I am also not averse to support, as you can learn a lot of doing support work and users can of course continue to expect my support after a project has gone live. Giving trainings and writing documentation/concepts work is also welcome to be part of my job profile. From the technical side, I am open and always interested in getting to know new technologies. A big plus to work with would be the Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence.
