Over 17.2+ Years of Experience in Project Manager in Development in Telecom , Banking ,Networking and Health care, Life science Domain, and internet based projects using Technologies
Responsible RFP and SOW.
Managing and co-ordinating multiple projects through the end to end project lifecycle
Involved in Release planning, sprint planning and commitment meetings and ensuring the team follows Agile practices
Coach the team and Product Owner to achieve WIG (wildly important goals), sprint goals and have 2 sprints look ahead.
Facilitated sprint planning, Daily stand ups.
Facilitating the Scrum events including Sprint planning, Scrum Kick off, Daily Stand up and Retrospective sessions.
Removing impediments to the Development Teams progress.
Leading and coaching the development team to practice Scrum.
Supported in release planning, helping stakeholders understand and enact scrum, coaching the development team in self organisation and cross functionality, facilitating scrum events such as sprint planning meeting, sprint kick off, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective.
Planning project deliverables, taking into consideration risk, impact, resource and contingency
Worked on Project estimates and verification to ensure smooth delivery of project
