Summary
Lead/Coordinate/Participate in the process of Delivering software to governmental and non-governmental organizations and making all necessary agreements with the client according to the vision of the top management.
Analyze data and systems and invent ideas and solutions that can improve the mechanism of any systems or to improve the process for production of the team and the production of the company in general.
Able to Manage software development teams, especially those operating in the Agile (Scrum) environments.
Managing implementation teams for any solutions or software, managing user training, distributing tasks, and developing plans for execution and implementation.
Help Program/Project managers on Monitoring and controlling to audit and follow up projects and ensure that the implementation plans for projects works as planned, and make corrective decisions in case of any deviation from what is planned.
I have a lot of experience in management work, and are very knowledgeable and experienced in software used in project management.

Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Science in 2007 and about to finish online MBA program from a prestigious inistitute in the United States of America
Experience: 13+ years of experience in software development, IT solutions and management of systems development and implementation teams.
Holding the following certificates: ITIL® Foundation (IT Service Management), PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), Cisco Networking Academy Certifications, CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCIT Essentials I: (Since 2009) Equivalent to (CompTIA A+) & (EUCIP IT Administrator Certification), CCIT Essentials II: (Since 2009) Equivalent to (CompTIA Server+ & Linux+), MCAD: Microsoft Certified Application Developer, ICDL "International Computer Driving License": (Since 2007)
