Expectations

Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to ensure the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties, & vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
Manage the project execution & measure the progress and adjust accordingly.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management and develop risk mitigation plan.
Deliver & close the project and obtain the client acceptance.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Design & Architect the required solution.
Assisting the technical team in their development tasks as needed.
