Summary

- 16 years of hands-on project management experience in telco, ecommerce and education.

- I teach project management. I teach students how to set up, lead and close projects, how to prepare WBS, Gantt chart, project budget, how to perform cost-benefit analysis, how to handle risk management, resource allocation, how to deal with sustainability...
- Fluent in English. I teach students from all over the world, in English of course, so I'm used to different levels of language proficiency, exotic accents and multicultural environments. I have also written dozens of scientific papers in English, which have appeared in peer-reviewed journals.
- Four university degrees (Economics, Management, Strategic Management) including a PhD in Economics and Business Management with focus on strategic management in dynamic environment.
- I am very systematic, analytical and precise type, but definitely not technocratic. People always come before processes. Doing the right things is more important than doing things right. But both are important, and there is an art to find a balance between the two.
- I don't lack empathy and I love leading people.

I have been managing projects in an agile way since 2012. I have developed my own management system, which is based on the Scrumban methodology (Scrum + Kanban). I brought and implemented the agile project management system to a university, where I currently lead a department of two teams of about 40 IT specialists. I have been gradually building this department since 2018 and I work there as an agile coach (scrum master) and project manager (strategic management, HR, team performance monitoring and evaluation, coaching and mentoring, financial management...).

Expectations

I've been managing projects in fields of e-commerce, telco and education since 2007. I've worked on three types of projects:

1. Designed for selling physical and nonphysical merchandise (wares, services, licences)
2. Designed for providing services under SLA (transit PBXs)
3. Designed for satisfying users' needs

I have been working with agile frameworks since 2012. Mostly Scrum and Kanban (Scrumban). These principles are deeply under my skin.
