Playing the key role in implementation of innovative projects and involved in the most important strategic projects in the biggest Telecom company (25+ million clients) in Ukraine (branch of Veon).

10 years experience in the Core network planning (MSS, MGW (Voice (mob) Core), BSC, RNC (2G/3G Voice and Data), HLR-FE, CUDB (Voice, Data (mob) Core UDC), IMS (Voice VoLTE), NFVI (Data (mob) Core vEPC) etc.).

15 years experience in the telecom Data Centers development for internal and external services. Fully coordination and team management (technical, financial, security & loyal functions) in a global process of Data Centers creation: formation of a 5-10 years strategy of development Data Centers in the Company; budget management: budget planning, costs optimization (CapEx and OpEx), creation of a detailed Time-plans and technical requirements of Data Centers development; coordination all the process of purchasing a real property (for a new Data Center placement); time management and controlling all process of construction of new Data Centers.
