Summary

My professional background in project management spans over a period of 3 years. I began my journey in project management as a volunteer, where I was responsible for assisting the project manager in coordinating and executing various projects to reach our goal. This early experience provided me with a solid foundation in project management principles and methodologies, and I quickly developed a passion for the field.
I landed my first contract job as a business/project manager at a small-sized marketing firm. In this role, I was responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects, and I quickly became an expert in using project management software and tools such as Monday and Asana. My responsibilities included creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating project resources and communicating with stakeholders. This provided me with a deep understanding of project management best practices and methodologies, but it also helped me to further develop my skills and knowledge in the field.
After gaining experience in the marketing industry, Ive decided to transition to the technology industry where I can be responsible for managing large-scale software development projects with multiple teams and stakeholders. I honed my skills in agile project management and became proficient in using agile tools such as Scrum and Kanban. I also led the implementation of agile methodologies across the organizations in the past.
