Project Manager

Summary

I am accountable for overseeing and regulating the progress of a project. I collaborate in the creation of project strategic management documents and maintain project management records up to date. I assess potential risks and communicate them to relevant parties for evaluation and decision-making. I arrange and lead meetings and generate reports on their outcomes.
Additionally, I create budget cost projections and project schedules that align with the goals of the project, and cordinate the execution of the strategic and performance management.

Expectations

I have gain more experience as a Project Manager, and over the year I have made a big achievement and contribute to organisation revenue increase and capex reduction. For a new role, I'm looking to enhance my skills, have more responsibilities as a leader, participate on the organisation process improvement and business strategy.
