During my time at Spotify as part of the Visual Merchandising Operations team, I had the opportunity to lead a project to restructure file storage and tools used by designers, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and collaboration across the vertical. I recognised the pain points that designers faced when working with files across multiple storage systems and tools, I spearheaded this project to revamp the system, introducing a new tool to the team and streamlining the process to make work easier for designers. The project resulted in a 25% reduction in the time spent searching for files and a 30% increase in collaboration between designers within the Visual Merchandising vertical.

In my previous role @ tech-startup Landmrk I owned the roll-out of all our web-app based campaigns; from scheduling and execution to report configuration and production. My greatest achievement here was Product Managing the collaborative project between Landmrk and Crack Magazine, where we created a location-based digital museum in Bristol and Bath where users could discover and explore the musical heritage of the two cities through the web app - everythingismusic.io. Content pieces available on the platform included experiential content such as AR animations and 3D Objects.
