I am a driven and results-oriented Project Manager with an extensive background in the Semiconductor Industry. With significant expertise as a Technical Project Manager, I have demonstrated success in both Si and III-V Semiconductor environments. My journey began as a Process Engineer, where I transitioned into the role of Process Integrator, focusing on advancing technologies within the Silicon-based sector. Building upon this technical foundation, I ventured into the realm of III-V semiconductor industry as a Technical Project Lead, specializing in VCSEL-based projects and spearheading new product and technology developments from conceptualization to mass production release.

My academic background includes a Master of Science degree in Applied Electronics from Bharathiar University, India. Additionally, I hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, along with certification as a Scrum Master. Continuously enhancing my skills and knowledge, I stay abreast of industry advancements through ongoing certifications and coursework in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. Notably, I completed a Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Nanyang Polytechnic and participated in certification courses offered by Cornell University in Project Leadership and Project Management 360 in 2023.
