I am a Computer Science graduate from Misr International University with hands-on experience in IT Service Management, particularly in Change and Incident Management. My professional journey at Orange Business has strengthened my ability to deliver reliable technical support, ensure service continuity, and uphold SLA compliance within fast-paced, global environments.

In my role as a Change Manager Specialist, I successfully coordinated cross-functional teams to resolve complex incidents, implement service changes, and enhance operational efficiency using tools like ServiceNow. Currently, as a Technical Support Engineer, I continue to provide Tier 1 support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain service stability.

Complementing my technical expertise are certifications in CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, Google Agile Project Management, Power BI, and CAPM, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical and project management disciplines. Im driven by continuous improvement, analytical problem-solving, and delivering impactful service outcomes.
