Summary

I have been in the IT service industry for about 5+ years working in the Healthcare domain. I started my career as a Software QA and since then I have had the opportunity to be a proxy PM, customer success manager, and now a Product Manager.

I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology (and a hint of creativity). I work closely with clients to understand their pain points and then assess the requirement with the team to find the best possible solution. I have a good gut instinct but I am analytical and seek data for my decision. I believe a customer-centric product is ought to claim success. Being organized and getting things done is what gets my adrenaline pumping. I am well versed in Agile and have a good understanding of SDLC and STLC. My roles have taught me, that with planning and the right execution you can create a quality product.

I believe learning is an everyday task and one should never stop educating and refining oneself.

Expectations

I am looking to work as a project manager or project/product management job role. I would like to work in a company that cares about their employee. I prefer remote or hybrid working. I am skilled to take on internal or external projects .
