Led all implementation efforts with third party vendors, including House Canary, Credit Reporting Services (CRS), Experian, Finicity, AWS Biometrics recognition module, AWS Textract & OCR module, Factual Data, Data Verify and DigiFi
Managed the entire development cycle using Agile methodologies and scheduled two weeks sprints to complete significant milestones for MVP. Managed to reduce 3 months of development time by allocating the correct resources for back-end and front-end production.
Served as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including C-suite executives, developers, UI/UX, third party vendors, marketing, and compliance, resulting in effective communication and execution of the entire project
Published 23 white papers for commercial distribution, emphasizing on different pain points in financial services, including topics like digital identity, KYC/AML, customer onboarding, credit underwriting, application drop-offs, top-of-the-funnel conversion rates, among other topics. As a result, the white papers supported further negotiations between Marqi and their pipeline of enterprise clients
Took command of all marketing efforts for the initial launch, including the following distribution channels, FinTech Meetup, Money 20/20, social media, Product Hunt, any PR-related publications, and Email Marketing, resulting in brand exposure with multi-billion entities like Coastal Bank and Barclays.

With the emphasis in non-agency and esoteric fixed-income products, Redstone is a Mortgage FinTech that specializes in the origination of non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) through its lending arm. In addition, Redstone focuses on developing modern technology platforms for the automation of the entire origination process.

Partnered with the CTO with the further development of RedQual, a tool that provides mortgage interest rates based on given parameters of the borrower. This resulted in higher conversion rates and more credit applications from broker partners
Led all implementation efforts for Redstone Verification, a one and only tool created to extract bank data via API and categorize each transaction with the objective to assign income for non-W2 borrowers. This resulted in massive adoption by our distribution partners as we provide 5 minutes SLA in comparison to 2-5 days SLAs from the competition
Led all implementation efforts for RedVest, a point of sale (POS) and loan origination system (LOS) made specifically for business purpose loans like rental properties and multifamily. The initial MVP was successful done and ready to market
Developed strategies to digitize and automate the underwriting process for non-agency mortgages, resulting in the delivery and implementation of deliverables like product roadmaps and key product papers. This resulted in the testing of the first MVP for automatic underwriting systems (AUS) specialized in non-agency loans
Conducted email marketing campaigns to fulfill managements strategy to expand branches of loan officers throughout the entire country. This resulted in the hiring of a team of 6 loan officers located in California and Arizona.
