Aided the Airport Operations of 18 global airline and airport clients in a customer-facing role to build, manage, optimize, and publish the schedules of airport staff and gates, and manage them in real-time via SaaS products while assisting with CI/CD product releases, version upgrades, project delivery, and cutover support.
Worked in collaboration with multiple stakeholders specifically Customers, Product Owners, Development, and DevOps resources for the implementation of solutions and suggested product enhancements as a power user of the product suite.
Investigated customer queries and issues related to the product and responsible for user training of new features.
Key Achievements:
o Successful implementation for Japan Airlines in February 2020.
o Handled migration for 5 Top-25 airlines from on-premises TULSA servers to AWS cloud servers.
o Multiple satisfaction feedbacks on successful implementations and migrations, issue resolutions by the end-users from clients such as American Airlines, Japan Airlines, Alitalia.
