Project Management Officer

I expanded my horizons with project management by working as a Research Analyst for an investment & advisory company and insights solutions organization. One of the most interesting functions was to manage multiple projects where I should explore the role of governments and industry bodies to assess and develop a country's ITeS sector. I employed qualitative (descriptive information) and quantitative (documents, statistics, records) primary and secondary data collection. For instance, my insights helped one government industry to recognize the importance of creating the countrys Investment Promotion Agency for the ITeS sector. From thereon, I was given the opportunity to manage several projects with different organizations and governments.
I was also tasked to manage government and corporate accounts to anticipate possible crises. I monitored qualitative and quantitative data and gathered public relations intelligence from news reports and opinion sections by journalists. I also established a detailed project cycle schedule to attain daily requirements. My structured process paved the way for accurate and timely deliverables. Through these, I increased the low satisfaction rates of the clients and retained three accounts due to report quality and accuracy, error-free rate, and timeliness of deliveries. I was shortly delegated as a Self-QA Research Analyst, a level for analysts who do not need further micro supervision. At the end of my first year, I was awarded the Employee of the Year.

I aim to get a job that would allow me to employ my research and analytical skills to provide insights that are relevant to business or organizational growth. I intend to be part of a diverse company with a culture of openness towards different ideas.
