Summary

I have over 6 years of experience in Project manager/ Portfolio Manager. I have completed my Master degree in Project Management as my major and Business Analysis as my concentration. I am also a PMP certified candidate who has proven excellence in project management skills which includes- developing project plans, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. I have also honed my communication and stakeholder management skills through regular project status updates and presentations to senior leadership.
In my previous role as an Innovation project Manager at Tate & Lyle, I have successfully managed a portfolio of over 50 projects with a total budget of $100 million. I have evaluated each project's feasibility and potential return on investment to determine which projects should be pursued and which should be discontinued. I have also worked closely with various departments, including research and development, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure that each project is aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.

One of my core strengths is my ability to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that each project in the portfolio has the necessary resources, including funding, personnel, and technology, to be successful. I have also tracked the progress and performance of each project in the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the established goals and objectives.

In addition, I have used data analytics tools to analyze and interpret data related to the innovation portfolio's performance, identifying potential problems, and taking appropriate action to mitigate them. My communication skills have also been critical to my success as an Innovation Portfolio Manager, as I have effectively communicated the portfolio's progress, performance, and impact to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and other key stakeholders.
