Summary

For over the years, I have experience in working with different size of organization in handling various of project. Start with designing, planning until the delivering the final product to the customer. Working with engineering department did provided me with a range of disciplines from design, build & test of products. The process improved me to identifying areas to increase efficiency and developing new process and technologies to optimize the production process. Career changing from production engineer to management path plays a critical role in the success of organization that I handle as both these fields contemplate with each other.
