Project Coordinator / associate project manager
Summary
Currently working at the position of level 3 System Administrator, primarily acting as Program Coordinator for Canvas programme consisting 6 projects, for whom I manage and provide all IT support to the project member for faster resolution by collaborating with all different support groups with in IT-INFRA department as well as creating presentations, decks, and reports at specific intervals to be presented to the Stakeholders for their review and suggestions for Improvement and then work alongside with them on those ,
I had many profound impacts on the team, such as reducing the time it took to resolve major issues from 10-15 days to almost 1-2 days and small issues from 3-5 days to just 1-2 hours. I did this by first analysing how the team was working, obtaining support, and then identifying the causes of the delays, communicating with the team, and reducing them. I also took several other actions that were entirely my commitment as a self-starter, and I was frequently thanked for them.
With all of these, I took part in a couple of significant implementations for the LTI team and also contributed with the Historic merger of the LTI and Mindtree organisations, for which I received a personalised email from the CEO and MD of the company, Mr. Debashish Chatterjee, as well as from The Lead Integration Management Office (IMO) .
Further significant Appricitions, such as those from the Principle Director of GTO, Principal Director of Software Implementation, Director IT Support, etc., have also been received from other top management heads.
I am a highly collaborative individual who enjoys working with various teams with great enthusiasm. I am also quite passionate about learning new skill sets and imparting my knowledge to others. Because I put my everything into my work, I can contribute to the company's rapid achievement of its objectives. While being employed in an array of fields, I've learned a lot about time management, teamwork, Collaboration, Multitasking, and coordination, as well as the importance of never giving up.
