Summary

-Completed Google's Project Management Professional certificate (Aug 2023) and am actively studying for the Project Management Institute's CAPM National exam.
-Elected as Community Engagement Lead for Guild's Disability Action Committee, a company-wide Employee Resource Group, taking ownership of organizing and running events, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, the People team, and outside vendors.
-Provided support as a Teaching Assistant for 5 undergraduate & graduate courses at the University of Pennsylvania over 2 semesters, actively assisting in the delivery of high-quality education to a combined total of over 1,200 students while navigating the shifts of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
-Acted as research coordinator for a university-based child development lab from July 2018- January 2020, recruiting subjects, organizing materials for, and running up to 5 studies simultaneously. Also helped train new undergraduate researchers and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data from studies.
-Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania

Expectations

Looking to work for an higher-ed institution, or an edtech startup or company. Ideally with a strong mission and focus, either remote or hybrid within the LA area. Support within an institutional project management department, project coordination within an academic program or small company, or research coordination (experience with human subjects research, linguistic and psychological research especially).
