Hello, I have 1+ years of professional working experience as R&D Coordinator in the Project Management side of the VFX Film Industry. I was overseeing Software Department with the Department Manager & Project Manager. Major duties that I performed on daily basis -
1. Spent 2-4 hrs every day managing tickets on Jira
2. Calendar Management, Scheduling Meetings for 3 different time zones and taking notes in these meetings as wand when required
3. Maintaining Documentation on Confluence
4. Writing reports such as Weekly Show Report
