Summary

I've been a project coordinator in the mortgage lending industry for the past 4 years. Throughout my career, I've become extremely familiar with the intricate processes that underpin mortgage origination, from initial application to final closing. I've also successfully managed a variety of projects ranging from process improvements to the integration of digital mortgage applications as well as automating workflows and revamping communication protocols to improve collaboration between different departments and compliance enhancement projects. I led a project to develop and launch a new mortgage product aimed at first-time homebuyers. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, contributing to a 15% increase in new mortgage applications within the first quarter of launch.
