Program and Project Manager

Summary

Experienced Program and Project Leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, team development, information technology and project management. Looking to run transformative programs and projects that move the needle for mission-driven and growth-oriented organizations. Open to contract/W2 and remote, hybrid, or onsite (Atlanta) opportunities.

Expectations

My ideal position would be as a Program Manager or Project Manager role where I can partner with IT management and technical staff to deliver business transformations driven by digital technology and process improvements. I prefer to work with teams that value high trust and relationships, and companies that are mission-driven and growth-oriented. Being in a position where I can engage equally with the technology staff and non-technical business partners is a plus. I also operate well in environments that value quality in addition to effectiveness. I am comfortable being a very hands on leader (not micromanager), and I prefer to form high performing teams with open dialogue. I am open to hybrid roles in the Atlanta area or remote roles in companies outside of Atlanta.
