Summary

I am a highly experienced technical program manager with a proven track record of delivering results through my ability to work with diverse teams and optimise their performance. I have expertise in managing the full software development life cycle, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing staff on-site and remotely. In my current role, I am a member of the Territory Leadership team, where I am responsible for the operational running of the SA territory, including staffing, training, recruiting, co-location events, performance management, OKR setting, and strategy.
