AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Managing full Software Development Life Cycle from concept to delivery.
Developing strong relationships and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing staff on-site and remotely: assessing roles; identifying skills gaps; co-ordinating training; defining KPIs and increasing productivity by coaching best practices.
Leading the staffing of resources (including selection) across the business for new and existing projects.
Running client stakeholder and executive meetings and reporting on engagement risks and issues.

Expectations

I am looking for a senior leadership role in a company where I have influence and am able to build and shape teams and improve business with greater efficiencies and processes. Based in Cape Town, I have worked with US and UK-based teams remotely for a number of years and am looking to continue to work in a remote/hybrid way if possible.
