I am a Program Coordinator and have been working in the healthcare industry, most recently for a Chronic Care Management program. In my current role, I have standardized workflows, worked with external stakeholders and conducted comprehensive analysis of various care journeys within the program to find areas of opportunity to enhance the patient experience and outcomes. In my role previous to this, I helped launch pediatrics for my region and created/implemented processes to support neurodiverse patients company wide.
