Program Manager
Summary
I have a very versatile background in technical support and excel at delegating between internal teams. My latest role at Microsoft is a level 3 support engineer that works with a wide arrange of internal support teams to solve customer billing issues. I work with stakeholders and top executives to resolve highly complex issues which at times are business impacting. I am now looking to pivot in my career as a Scrum Master. In preparation for this shift, I have already obtained a Scrum Master certification in Dec. 2022. I am looking for the right opportunity with an employer that is looking to train.
Expectations
I am looking to jump start a new career in scrum. I obtained my Scrum Master certification Dec. 2022 - but I don't have real work experience. I am looking for a position that the employer is willing to train and nurture. I have a very strong work ethic and with proper training I can excel in any role (in any capacity).
